Elevation Healthcare rehab plan will focus on caring for the whole person rather than just the symptoms. The program and support from the provider will help ease the transition off the substance. Your team is focused on making you successful. Your team will be discreet, compassionate, experienced and reliable. We accept patients who are pregnant.
You will meet with our provider for the intake appointment to review your medical surgical and drug history. During this visit you and the provider will develop the best plan for you. We offer sexually transmitted infection testing if you have not had them recently. The provider may prescribe you a medication to help support your rehab journey and reduce any cravings. You will be required to have close follow up appointments and frequent drug test all which are done to hold you accountable and to help you be successful on the program.
